Refund policy

Our warranty

Every used part we sell carries a 90 day warranty from the date of purchase. We inspect every part before it is listed and describe its condition honestly, so you know exactly what you are buying.

Cars sold from our lot come with a roadworthy certificate and a 3 month warranty.

When we will take a part back

If a part arrives damaged, is not the part you ordered, or does not work as described, contact us before starting a return and we will put it right.

Call the yard on (03) 5474 2432 or use the contact form, with your order number and the part number. Most issues are sorted out with one phone call.

Change of mind

We do not accept change of mind returns. Used parts are removed from specific vehicles, which is why we ask for the year and VIN of your car before you buy so we can confirm the part fits.

What is not covered

Labour, installation and any costs beyond the part itself are not covered. Parts damaged by incorrect fitting fall outside the warranty. Our own qualified mechanics can fit anything we sell if you would rather it was done here.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
