A 90 day warranty on every used part

We inspect every part before it's listed and describe its condition honestly, so you know exactly what you're buying.

  • What's covered

    Every used part we sell carries a 90 day warranty from the date of purchase. If the part doesn't perform as described, we'll put it right.

    Cars sold from the yard come with a roadworthy certificate and a 3 month warranty.

  • Before you buy

    Send us the year and the VIN of your vehicle before you purchase and we'll confirm the part fits.

    Please don't rely on a compatibility guide on its own. Check the part number, the vehicle specifications and the photos in the listing. If you're unsure, message us. We're happy to help.

  • Making a claim

    Contact us before opening a return or a case. Most issues are sorted quickly with a message.

    Call the yard on (03) 5474 2432 or send a message through the contact page, with your order number and the part number.

  • Returns

    We stand behind the quality of our parts. If a part arrives damaged, incorrect, or not working as described, contact us before starting a return and we'll put it right.

    We don't accept change of mind returns. That's why we ask for the year and VIN before you buy, so we can confirm the part fits your car first.

  • What's not covered

    Labour, installation and any costs beyond the part itself are not covered.

    Parts fitted by an unqualified person, or damaged by incorrect fitting, fall outside the warranty. Our own mechanics can fit anything we sell if you'd rather it was done here.
